Arnout Dijkhuizen

Arnout has always been engaged in bringing people into motion and impacting people’s lives positively and sustainably.

His belief in a just transition away from extraction and driving sustainable growth has led him to investing in the food transition on behalf of impact investor Astanor. Prior to that, he had a leading role in Engie’s CVC working out of Paris and later Brussels.

He has a passion for singing, sailing and cycling, either in competitions or together with his wife and three kids.

Lisa Graver

↪ CEO,  Alvotech

Lisa Graver is an experienced pharmaceutical executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the specialized generics, biosimilars, and branded sectors. She has held senior executive roles spanning commercial, operational and strategic functions and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Alvogen, overseeing the company through its growth and subsequent acquisition by Lotus Pharmaceutical Co.

Ms. Graver served as a member of the Alvotech Board from 2022 up to her appointment as CEO in 2026 and brings deep familiarity with the company’s strategy and operations. She holds an Honors BSc in Biology from Lakehead University and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Werner Grub

Werner Grub is Managing Director and Head of Origination for Large Corporates at EIFO. Prior to joining EIFO in 2021, Werner spent nearly twenty years in corporate and investment banking, working primarily across Europe and Asia. Werner was also a founding partner in a merchant bank in London, gaining extensive experience in strategic advisory.

Ólöf Skaftadóttir

She previously worked as a journalist and editor-in-chief of Fréttablaðið, and later as communications director for the Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise.  She is an enthusiastic fly fisher and values time spent outdoors.

Ásdís Ólafsdóttir

Ásdís Ólafsdóttir has been the CEO of Arctic Circle since 2021, after joining the organization in 2018. 

Ásdís holds a Master of Science in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation from Lund University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Iceland. With a strong background in sustainability, Ásdís has experience as a strategic advisor supporting the development of more resilient urban communities. Earlier in her career, she worked in production for one of Iceland’s largest heritage retailers, focusing on full utilization of materials and sustainable and durable designs.

Outside of work, Ásdís has a lifelong passion for choir music and previously sang as a backup vocalist for Björk. She is also a proud mother of two young boys and therefore thrives in fast-moving, and often chaotic environments.

Navroop Mitter

Navroop Mitter is the Founder and CEO of ArmorText, the Forrester Wave Leader in Secure Communications, protecting 800+ organizations — including critical infrastructure serving 80% of U.S. households' power and 87% of American nuclear reactors.

With 24 years in cybersecurity, Navroop's career began in identity and critical infrastructure, where work across telecom, financial services, and other sectors crystallized a thesis he'd later build a company around: when an attack hits, your communications infrastructure is often the first casualty — and if you can't communicate, you can't remediate. That identity foundation continues to shape his work today, particularly as deepfake and DPRK threats have made identity verification central to incident response preparedness.

Katrín Jakobsdóttir

↪ Independent Consultant & Former Prime Minister, New Nordics AI Iceland

Katrín Jakobsdóttir served as the prime minister of Iceland (2017–2024) and led a three party government. She was a member of the Icelandic parliament from 2007 to 2024. She served as Iceland's minister of education, science, and culture, and of Nordic cooperation from 2009 to 2013. She served as the chair of the Left-Green Movement from 2013 to 2024 and as a vice-chair of that party from 2003. She ran for president of Iceland in 2024 and came in second with 25,1% of the popular vote.

Prime Minister Jakobsdóttir‘s coalition government continued Iceland’s groundbreaking approach to addressing systemic gender inequality and was at the forefront of climate change policy and committed to make Iceland carbon-neutral before 2040. Katrín Jakobsdóttir has as a politician emphasized the importance the approach of Well-being government and spearheaded a framework of 39 indicators that cover social, economic and environmental dimensions of quality of life.

During her time in office, she led the work on Iceland ́s first policy on artificial intelligence that was published in 2021 and her government established a plan to make the largest language models well-usable in the Icelandic language. Before entering politics she studied Icelandic literature, worked as literary critic, teacher and in a publishing house. She co-wrote a crime novel called Reykjavík with best-selling author Ragnar Jónasson that was published in 2022 and has been published in fifteen languages. They published a sequel called Franski spítalinn in 2025.

She now works as Senior emissary and chair of the Polar Dialogue at the Arctic Circle, serves as the Chair of the Pan-European Commission on Climate and Health, lectures on various topics and works as an independent consultant. She is also chair of the Reykjavík Arts Festival, chair of the Center of Equal Opportunites at the Business faculty at the University of Iceland and a member on the board of University of Iceland. She lives in Reykjavík, is married to Gunnar Sigvaldason and they have three sons.

Þórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörð Gylfadóttir

 Þórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörð Gylfadóttir is an Icelandic lawyer and politician of the Independence Party. Þórdís is currently serving as a Member of Parliament in Iceland and as Special Envoy of the Council of Europe Secretary General focusing on the situation of children affected by the war in Ukraine. Þórdís has previously held the positions of Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister of Tourism, Industry and Innovation, Minister of Finance and Minister of Justice. At the age of 29, she became the youngest woman to become an Icelandic Minister.
