The key is customer happiness - it’s a critical part of building and maintaining a company’s customer base and setting your business up for sustained growth. But how do we do that? At what point in the startup lifecycle do we start thinking about your customers?  Taktikal’s Customer Success Manager Björt Baldvinsdóttir and indó’s CEO Haukur Skúlason  will go over these questions and more.
